Improved ioQ3 build: iKalizer, bumpy and more

Alco was like "OMG WHERE" when i mentioned that there's an exe with both bumpy and ikalizer, so here it is:

Also, can anybody share his .cfg with the settings you use for bumpy? I don't wanna play with 7 fps

I tried that but couldn't even start playing.
My favourites disappeared, i'm having weird audio stutters, can't use my numpad, and if i alt+tab out then back in, my mouse is frozen in one place.
