The server is back. Sometimes the server can be offline, but usually it is back soon.
If it's offline for a longer time you can ask in the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.](especially [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] or [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]) or in EviL's IRC(#evil-urtclan @ irc.quakenet.org).
Opening a topic here is not needed I guess and usually we don't know why the server is down, too.
