Sooo, long time no post. In the past two days i kind of got back to mapping, and actually did something worthwhile unlike the other 20 times before. Things like working on clash. But screw that shit, here are a few screens:

As some of you might already know, EviL now has a server. And there's nadeball on it occasionally. So, i figured there weren't enough nadeball maps with lava (not a single one), which means... yeah. Here's what i'm working on now:

Will remake it completely, the layout was unplayable. The problem is that all the time i could spend on mapping is instead spent on musicy musician stuff. Priorities.

Since mapping for knifing is hopeless (for now, anyway), i decided i'm gonna make a jumpmap. It might actually be played, so there's a point to it, so i think i won't abandon it.

That's all i've made so far, compiled into one map. Everyone's welcome to try it. It's without lighting, though. That would be a waste of (a lot of) time to torture my PC with, until there's a complete, playable map to it. So, in short, it looks like shit.
FYI:

• For now, the jumps are in the order I made them. When there's more, I'll most likely change (or not change) it based on the suggestions from you guys. (implying)
  
• The water too, looks like shit, unless you play with bumpsy-dumpsy client. Then It'll look sexy.
  
• Turn up texture quality. It shouldn't hurt performance, and i've spent a lot of time making high(er) resolution shit so it looks better.
  
• [15:34:00] jump 1 is shit
  [15:34:03] that was the test
  
• [15:32:55] on jump 2 you can wj everywhere
  [15:33:05] you're not supposed to, i'll fix that later
  
• I barely made any surface no-falling damage.
  
• Jump 3 is not even half-complete yet. I'm gonna make that a big one. Suggestions also welcome.

I'm kind of stuck with jump #03. It's mostly done, but I'm starting to get minor FPS drops on it, which bothers me a lot. I'll put that one aside for now. I have ideas for what'll be after #04, and thanks to Loch, two more jumps. I'll sketch those out soon and make them, along with #04, available for testing.

And if anyone wants to post suggestions, do so here, not on IRC where it gets lost in retarded shit in a matter minutes. I'd like to be able to have suggestions all in one place and be able to read them anytime I want. Also, there are no shit suggestions. Even as much as "i really like x jump on y map, you should do something similiar you fucking faggot" can be inspiring.
