Hehe as i said to Biddy, answer come from the first meaning ^^
from basis it's 10-Sky (= 10 Whisky) so it should be pronounced as the sky (Cause in french we say Weeskee but when we cut it's a Sky :p )
But with time, and french habit, the other work too
